Measure. Perform. program, focused on Commercial HMO patients. “Sutter Health is unwavering in its commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to the communities we proudly serve,” said William Isenberg, M.D., Sutter Health Chief Medical and Quality Officer. “This recognition by the Integrated Healthcare Association reflects the dedication of our teams who consistently prioritize our patients’ well-being and strive to exceed expectations in every aspect of care.” In existence since 2003, the Align. Measure. Perform. program gives provider organizations a complete picture of their quality, patient experience ratings and resource use, to encourage ongoing improvement. Unique to California, the program collects standardized data from over 200 provider organizations to create reliable performance scores.
