Patients should receive their doctors’ undivided attention during office visits. Sutter Health’s partnership with Augmedix, Fast Company’s 2016 Most Innovative Company in the Healthcare Sector, to connect patients and clinicians with remote scribes around the world, demonstrated approximately 2 hours per day in chart-documentation time saved and 96% patient acceptance of the technology.  Our research indicated that use of Google Glass did not create trust or privacy concerns for our patients ([Odenheimer et al, 2018](https://www.jmir.org/2018/6/e10762/)).
