Sutter Health’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is committed to the physical and emotional well-being of employees and their families. Sutter recognizes many individuals are experiencing fear, emotional upset and other difficult feelings related to the COVID-19 pandemic. During this state of emergency, Sutter is offering telephonic and virtual sessions for employees with an EAP therapist to prevent the spread of the virus and to help employees and their eligible dependents access the support they need.
To request services, employees are encouraged to call the dedicated phone number, available on the Sutter intranet, or complete the electronic request form on the Sutter EAP website. Therapists are available for employees and eligible dependents 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The services are confidential and free to employees and eligible dependents.
